Should In-Home Daycare Provider Tell Me When They Take My Child Out of the House?

I leave my 7 month old with an in-home daycare provider (someone we know personally, too). Intense stomach pains?!? please help me!?

every few months I get these SUPER intense stomach pains, it usually occurs at around 12:00 to 1:30 in the morning (if I'm awake) or if I'm not awake as soon as I wake up. they are really bad and I end up literally screaming in pain on how bad it is. I immediately try to go bathroom and usually end up taking a massive s***, but even after the pain could persist up to an hour and a half. during that hour and a half I'm usually on the toilet s****** my brains out to oblivion. The best thing, in my opinion, is to just do it. That's what I did and it was the only way for me. I got it over with. The way I look at it, the sooner you tell people, the sooner they can accept you just the way you are. Hi yahoo answer. I have a quick question for you guys. I often get these stomach problems where I have diarrhea. I also have intense pain in my lower stomach and my stomach also makes weird sounds (like a rumble or something). Also during these stomach aches, I cannot pee. It feels like there is pee wanting to come out but it just can't come out. I also sometimes feel a little nauseous. I have had these stomach aches for years now and I notice I get them when ever I have a lot of diary products (mostly cheese and butter). I need to eat a lot of those in order to have these problems. Have you been to Aruba? and what to do there?

Yes, I was in Aruba in 2006. You need to know there is one plane in and one plane out during the week. The island isn't too large. We stayed in Oranjestad, which is the capital. It's a nice town, with some good shopping, nice hotels and nice places to eat. If you're a gambler, there is a casino. As far as sight-seeing, we went to the butterfly preserve, the Aruba Aloe factory, and the lighthouse. There's no place to play golf, and you swim in the ocean. If you like to snorkel or dive, it's a pretty good place. The north part of the island has some sharks. We also went to the "native market", which really wasn't that impressive. It's an okay place to go, but I wasn't impressed enough to want to return. Maybe that was because it was pretty soon after the girl from the U.S. was murdered, and everyone was kind of skittish.

Alright, I have TONS of family in L.A., I might be going there this weekend, which I dread doing because they don't like my dog. My dog gets along fine with all my little cousins, but my teenage cousins think he's "disgusting" and are afraid of him. It sounds like the doctors are doing everything they can. I am sorry you are feeling so bad and I do hope that the doctors figure it out soon. My daughter ended up loosing her whole colon, and having a colostomy bag for a six month period. She had diarrhea for 17 times a day for two years. Stay away from fast food and pasta bread and grease of any kind and keep going to the doctor to figure out what is wrong. Also make sure you are telling your doctors all of your symptoms there may be something you think is insignificant that is actually very important. So I went on vacation with my brother and my dad and we were in the hotel. My dad opened the nightstand drawer which is in between the two beds to get his wallet and I looked over and saw a bag with like stuff in it and he quickly tried to move it away. How long has he been smoking for? When I was younger I remember opening that drawer and him flipping out. Just today, he was on the phone with my uncle and said "I got the thing for you, I can come up this weekend to give it to you or maybe next weekend or something." But since me and my brother were there, he wouldn't say the real thing. My dad is literally my best friend, I love him to the world and I could never picturing him doing this. I was always daddys little girl, I'm only 15. I mean, he smokes cigarrettes, but I always thought it was only that. Never more. Roofing is a thank-less job?

My wife asked me to help redo her mom's roof. I rolled up with my brother-in-law in tow. When we got there, it was only her cousin and uncle - so 4 of us had to tear off, and re-roof the entire thing. We got started and got about 1/2 done on day 1. 2 of the 4 bailed on Sunday so it was me and her cousin who ended up getting this thing 80% done. The cost was about $1600-my wife and I fronted all but $150 that her sister paid for materials. Her mom had indicated that she would put up $300 for the roof - when it came time to pay, she said she would have to make payments. Everyone was "free labor." I got sun burnt, could barely function Saturday night from fatigure, gave up my weekend, was sore for 3 days afterwards, and for what, so my mother-in-law didn't even have the decency to thank me? I didn't say anything to my wife until like Tuesday. Should I be mad that I couldn't even get a thank-you? I guess she was entitled to a free roof. I'm done helping out there.

Just a quick question regarding carp bait.?

Hi, I live near Lake Michigan and as a lot of you probably already know the carp in there are large and plentiful and given a certain amount of patience they are willing biters. I just have one problem. I've been using a commercial bait called "Uncle Josh Carp Bait" There's no doubt it's a good bait because it's bright colored, releases scent into the water nicely and it's easy to form into a dough-ball but the particular container of bait I bought was pretty soft and it's very hard to get it to stay on the hook. On the back of the tub it says that if the bait is too soft to mix it with fine dirt. I might try that as a last resort but in the mean time I'm searching for alternate methods. Does anybody know how to make an affective homemade carp bait that's nice and firm? You know, soft enough to be appealing to the fish but firm enough that it will stay on the hook with ease and withstand intense casting? Not that this is too huge a problem but I'm also looking for a bait that's appealing to carp but also something that those annoying nibbling sunfish will ignore and not destroy. Is there also a way that I could maybe keep the bait I already have on the hook easier? Maybe I should use regular bread dough, it seems pretty strong, would it work? Are carp attracted to large night crawlers? I know they work for catfish and they are almost guaranteed to stay on the hook but the sunfish and gobies would probably tear them up before the carp ever got to them. Well anyway thanks, I'm hoping to head out to the marina in again today so if there's a bait I could prepare in just a few hours that would be nice. Pregnancy induced lactose intolerance?

I'm 33 weeks pregnant and have suddenly become lactose intolerant. I know this can be common in pregnant women. My concern is for my baby. I had to be in a soy based formula. I'm lactose intolerant but my parents don't really care anymore?

So I was always really sick to my stomach and had to miss school alot. My doctor wasn't sure what was wrong with me until she told us for me to go a week or two with out any dairy products. We did and that cured me and I was labeled lactose intolerant. For a couple months my mom would buy me lactose free milk and other stuff so I wouldn't get sick but now shes stopped and I've gone back to being sick but I've just suffered through it because, now that I'm older, it's become a bigger deal if I lay out if school. I've also put on alot of weight and I've read that's because I can't digest dairy products right so my body has learned to store it so that I'm not in pain all the time. When I'm at the store I ask to get the store brand of lactose free milk but my mom says we don't have room for it. Is there a way to end lactose intolerance??? Like a shot or something???? My self esteem has been bad, I feel sick with zero energy all the time, I gained 30lbs in 6 months. I know to stay away from it but i the only breakfast food we hav is cereal, and I ate it plain for a year and it's awful!!!!

He lost 14 pounds last week, as of this week (reported yesterday) lost 16 pounds and today we got a phone call saying he lost 3 more pounds since yesterday (overnight). As for the diarrhea he is no where near the age to have accidents, and he's 61 and probably has never been screened for colon cancer. Also, the diarrhea has been going on for weeks!! Does anyone agree with the idea that this is colon cancer or do any of you have an idea of what this could be?

Question about A/C system on Ford Explorer?

2000 Ford Explorer with the 4.0 and automatic transmission. 140,000 miles. Okay, sometimes the A/C works, and sometimes it doesn't. It first started getting finicky when going down the highway. Acceleration from 40-55 or so would completely kill the A/C system as in it would still blow air but it would be warm. Now it's staring to blow warm air at random. Most of the time it's still cold but just has hick ups where it's warm. When it's cold though, it's cold. I'm having a debate with her stupid uncle because he's saying the system needs to be recharged. I say NO! It's the compressor or the clutch that's going bad. I wouldn't look into cuba, first of all. However, the bahamas are beautiful and there's nightlife and plenty to see! Cozumel is also gorgeous and famous for their snorkeling and reefs :). Puerto vallarta is not desirable lately because of mexican cartels. However, anything near cancun is perfectly safe right now! We are going there in 3 weeks! We are stoked ;)

My school censored an article about gay rights?

In journalism class, this kid wrote an article about his uncle being gay and how gay people should be allowed to get married yadda yadda. Well, the teacher read the article and showed it to the principal, who then decided not to put it in the school paper. Diet changes making me gain?

I have recently been told i am Gluten Intolerant, while it sucks that i will have so many restriction's i was also happy to know that i would be able to shed those stubborn 10-15 pounds ive been trying to get rid of this year. I'm about a week into my new diet and ive gone from eating nothing but pizza, white bread, kraft dinner, and a wide variety of junk, to yogurt, fresh fruits and veggies, and lean cuts of meat. my portion sizes have also been slightly reduced, not that portion control was ever an issue... anyways. instead of losing about 3 pounds in the week with my new diet and the walking ive been doing to the grocery store for fresh produce... i have instead managed to gain 10 pounds!! A friend of mine say's that the sudden 360' i did with my diet likely put my system into a kind of shock and i will gain for another two weeks before i start losing weight. I guess my question is... is this possible, has it happened to anyone else? Im also open to suggestions! Thanks :)

I'm 20, female, 140 lbs, active, and I have healthier eating habits the last few years than I've ever had in my life. For awhile, I've felt listless. More fatigue, headaches, indigestion. In April, my symptoms became unbearable so I visited an endocrinologist on suspicions of thyroid problems. After several test, my doctor found a liver abnormality, but because of crappy insurance and no money, that's all I know. This last week, my symptoms again became unbearable but more serious. My heart pounds so hard that it shakes my glasses and clothes, and my face and hands tingle when I move, even if I'm just shifting myself in bed. Every moment I feel like I'm bordering on sleep, but I have trouble actually sleeping. I often feel faint, and just now I fainted walking, although I was more like crawling, up a staircase and fell back down again. I've thought I might be gluten intolerant, then lactose intolerant, and now I'm everything-intolerant, seeing as anything I eat causes my stomach to be upset. I already owe several thousand dollars in medical bills, and I'll let myself get worse, or faint in public or something, before I get deeper in debt. I want some new ideas of home treatments that will at least make my life bearable until I can afford to get real treatment. So, good people of Yahoo Answers, you're my last resort.

I went to my cousin's house yesterday. And i used their family computer to check my mails. Then in the browsing history i saw: boobs pics, pics of some actress naked, and pics of girls showing their nipples! Really it was disgusting!! In Oct 2010 my husbands terminally ill uncle came to live with us. I'm lactose intolerant, but I still eat ice cream. When I do, I take a lactaid pill and feel fine, except when the ice cream.is Haagen Dazs. That brand hurts my stomach more than others for some reason. So tonight I had a Haagen Daz bar w/ a lactaid pill and now I feel like I have something stuck in my throat and chest. Like a burping feeling. I've had this before and when I burp it goes away, but now its not. It feels like something is stuck. When I burp, it feels like acid is coming up. I took 3 tums but I don't think it helped. I also have cramps going to my back from my intolerance to the dairy I had. What is this feeling in my throat though?

Okay. It seems as though I'm having a hard time accepting the fact that I'm allergic to ice cream. I mean who doesn't love ice cream?! I used to have a barking problem at my house,and this is what I did.I bought this little device,not sure what they call it.It lets out this high pitched noise when you push a button on it.The noise is so high pitched that us humans don't hear it,but dogs hate it!It worked like a charm for me,now I just have to show it to my dogs and they stop whatever mischief there up to.They cost about $15 and are well worth it.I can almost guarentee those dogs won't be hiding in the bush waiting to torment you any more :) In fact you won't see too much of them when your in your yard.

New crush...help?! (guys' & girls' opinion)?

The other day, I went to a fundraiser concert for my cousin who was in a car crash a couple of months ago. After the concert, my family and I met a woman who's son had played at the concert that evening. When she met me, she said, "So this is the famous Arianna!". My uncle and cousin had written a song about me, (the song title was my name), and apparently her son played/sang the song a lot. She started talking to us about him. She wanted for us to meet, so we went outside and talked with him. She introduced me to him and Viceversa; we exchanged glances and gave an awkward "Hi" and wave. She told him that I was the girl that the song was written about, and both her and my mom made a big deal about the song. We were both embarrassed; he had said to his mom "It's just a song" and I had given my mom one of my warning looks of: "Thanks, this is awkward/embarrassing." But I did find him pretty cute, and he kept looking at me. I caught him at one point, and held his eyes for a couple of seconds. My mom "requested" that he would sing the song at my other cousin's graduation party that was coming up, since she hadn't heard it since I was about 2yrs old (I'm almost 15 now). (He plays guitar). After they had talked, we said our goodbyes (I turned around and gave a goodbye wave to him, and he had been looking my way as I walked away), we left, and I had learned that he is 17yrs old. My mom also found him cute. I would really like to see him again, and get to talk to him. Do you think that I could have a chance, or do you think that he is a little too old for me? As I had said before, I am going to be 15 in September; he is 17, he goes to a Christian school in Washington, PA (I'm around Pittsburgh). If so, do you have any tips for me for the next time I will see him? He has a Facebook, should I friend request him, or should I wait a little later on? Let me know, please!!!
