Is this acid reflux disease?

I'm lactose intolerant, but I still eat ice cream. When I do, I take a lactaid pill and feel fine, except when the ice cream.is Haagen Dazs. That brand hurts my stomach more than others for some reason. So tonight I had a Haagen Daz bar w/ a lactaid pill and now I feel like I have something stuck in my throat and chest. Like a burping feeling. I've had this before and when I burp it goes away, but now its not. It feels like something is stuck. When I burp, it feels like acid is coming up. I took 3 tums but I don't think it helped. I also have cramps going to my back from my intolerance to the dairy I had. What is this feeling in my throat though?
