Should In-Home Daycare Provider Tell Me When They Take My Child Out of the House?

I leave my 7 month old with an in-home daycare provider (someone we know personally, too). I was hesitant to choose her to watch my daughter because we know her personally, and I don't like mixing business with pleasure. My problem is that I feel awkward telling her I don't agree with someone because she's related to us ... though she DOES watch children FOR A LIVING in her home. So, there ARE other kids there. Also, we DO pay her. Anyway, she keeps taking my daughter out of the house and not telling me. So I'll call wanting to check up on my baby and she won't be there, which frustrates me because I have no idea where my child is. Not only that, but she leaves the house to run short errands and leaves my child in the care of her husband (my daughter's uncle). I don't care if he's her uncle; I feel like I pay HER to watch my child, not her husband. Am I wrong here? What are your thoughts?
