How can I get from the 10th grade in Aruba into high school in th states?

I just finished 10th grade in Aruba and I was hoping that I can get some information on how or what should I do so i can get there.. I have a dutch passport and I was born I curacao , so i don't have residency in the states.. hopefully I can get it.. if possible , i need help.. I really want this
