How to book a tropical vacation. Would like to rent one of them straw hut beach house?

Okay so it has been my dream to go to Aruba and spend the night in one of those beach houses that sit right ontop of the water. I have no idea where to go or how to book something like that. My husband and I don't have much money but maybe we can find a deal off season. Any information would be great thanks. :)
