I always have stomache problems?

Hi yahoo answer. I have a quick question for you guys. I often get these stomach problems where I have diarrhea. I also have intense pain in my lower stomach and my stomach also makes weird sounds (like a rumble or something). Also during these stomach aches, I cannot pee. It feels like there is pee wanting to come out but it just can't come out. I also sometimes feel a little nauseous. I have had these stomach aches for years now and I notice I get them when ever I have a lot of diary products (mostly cheese and butter). I need to eat a lot of those in order to have these problems. I don't know if that makes me lactose intolerant or not, cause most of the time I can have diary products without an issue. If you could help tell me what is wrong with me or if there is any way to stop these pains that would be great! Thanks a bunch in advance!!
