I Havnt Taken A Shower In Almost A Month , And I Reallyy Stink , What Should I Doo?

I Was In Aruba In April And Almost Drowned In Thee Pool , Sincee Then I Havee Been Terrified Of Water , But I Smell Really Bad !!! pleaser Help Mee !!!!!!!
