Can you get a rash by spraying milk on a lactose inteolerant person!?

my friend is lactose intolerant and we joke around about her getting "milk rash" a rash i made up saying if she got annoying i would squirt her with a milk filled squirt bottle, and because of that she would get a rash. she keeps telling me this isnt real, and i know that but it would be interiesting if i could prove it wrong.. the squirt her with milk.. i know this is odd but IDGAFFF thankss for anyhelp!
