Please help me with my vacation...need serious help?

ok soo in december or january me and my family are going to a resort vacation, we went last year to cuba but now we want to go to any carribean countries and i am planning this vacation. i need to know which country in carribean has the best hottest weather and the least rain in general and then which country is the hottest in january and december. also does it cost more if we go for christmas? do they have special offers for that time? also tell me if ur vacation was in the carribeans and what resort and everything how it was. also we want to go for 2 weeks and i wanna know if around christmas time there is a lot of people there? i heard aruba is the hottest weather. please help me. also which countries in carribean have all inclusive and which don't??
