Do i get my social security check?

Well my dad died 4 years ago so i get a social security check every month. and when i lived with my mom i always got it. but she moved a couple cities away and i wanted to stay here to finish school and stay with my friends.so i live with my aunt and uncle, but they keep saying my Check isnt for me its for them. should i get it or should they? oh and the use most of the money on their son. Oh and im 14.
