Will milk be a factor in my diet?
Well, I think milk is healthy and will help your diet by giving you protein to fill you up! Also give you vitamins. HOWEVER, I would drop the whole milk and try to stick with 2%. I know it may taste funny for a while, but you'll quickly get used to it. the lower fat milk (like 1%, 2% etc) have all the same protein, vitamins, etc but they just take some of the fat out of it. If you are drinking whole milk every single day, then yes the fat and calories really can add up so I would switch to 2% and eventually try to get to 1%. I used to only drink 2% but now I am down to skim milk and i love it just as much!
