What Caribbean Island would be best for a bunch of guys in our late 20s?

I have been to all of those places, I would go to Aruba or St. Martin. They are safer, have good night clubs and they also have casinos if you want something different some nights. Aruba even has a dune buggy tour in the dessert which is awesome and the weather is practically guaranteed.
