Staying at the Radisson in Aruba?

In two weeks, I'll be staying at the Radisson in Aruba for 8 days, but it's also the week before spring track try outs. For people who have stayed there, would you say I'd be able to run throughout the property in the mornings so I can prepare myself for tryouts? (I stayed in Dominican Republic 2 years ago and there hundreds of paths for running)
