My ticket has my middle name, but i just received my passport and it doesn't contain my middle name.?

My plane ticket has my middle name, but i just received my passport and it doesn't contain my middle name, will this be a problem? I am flying continental to Aruba. I booked this before I received my passport, b/c i thought my passport would match my birth certificate exactly.
