Have you ever been to Aruba in mid september/early october and was the weather nice?

Looking for a tropical place during that time period that won't be tooo hot like over 90degrees and won't be rainy or hurricane/storm prone. Clear blue water white sand beaches palm trees, preferably all inclusive. Possible waterfalls, exploring, site seeing shopping. Not overly pricey either more of a resort feel.
