Can I fly with this medication on my carry on?

It's my first trip out to Aruba and I no longer have health insurance but I have seroquel and lexapro but the bottles are a year old, is it ok to fly with them since all the info on the bottles have my name it's just that it's an old prescription? I'm afraid that if I need them over there and I don't have them
